hi there hello everyone! Tonight we're making one of my favorite pantry "go-to" meals, cause it's a fairly simple wok fry that's entirely made from ingredients that are probably in your fridge already. It's loosely based off of a Gordon Ramsey recipe that I amped up a bit to give it a bit with a few techniques that come from Thai wok cooking, just to give it a bit more flavor and UMPH!

INGREDIENTS
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger (about 1 inch)
1 head broccoli
1 lb tofu
2 eggs
8 oz rice noodles
1 lime
soy sauce
sambal oelek
kosher salt
2 chives (optional)
vegetable oil
