Hello hi everyone! Wesley here. I thought I’d throw together my favorite quick pantry snack which has always been way too simple to be a formal “recipe.” so, what we’re doing is my favorite way of eating cold tofu that my mom used to throw together at 3pm on a saturday any time we complained about being hungry. Hope you try it.
Serves 1-2
INGREDIENTS
1 block soft tofu
soy sauce
sesame oil
dried furikake
PREP
DICE the soft tofu, and add to a bowl
SEASON with soy sauce, sesame oil, and dried furikake
